3.1 Booking and Scheduling

• Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our booking system
• Free initial consultations are limited to 15 minutes
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

3.2 Fees and Payment

• Service fees are as stated during the booking process
• Payment is required before the consultation session
• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Emergency response services are non-refundable once initiated
• Training program deposits are non-refundable

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

CISO Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold CISO Expert harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
